MY EXPERIENCE WITH Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Foundation
The packaging is beautiful and makes it seem like the products are worth a lot more than they are – bonus points! I honestly loved how Huda used a variety of models and skin shades in advertising this foundation with various ethnicities and backgrounds.
It is an extremely long lasting foundation. I have worn it for good 8-9 hours and it has stayed without fading. I have normal to dry skin and most foundations do last pretty long on my skin generally as well and this one did not fail at all. There have been no dry patches or fading or splitting. No settling in fine lines either. It has stayed and stayed beautifully throughout. I did use a setting powder but that I do with all my foundations.
THE HUDA BEAUTY FOUNDATION BRUSH
I usually use a Real Technique buffing brush to apply my foundation, I like how the bristles are tightly packed and I love the way it applies my foundation. So at first, I was a bit skeptical of the new Huda Beauty Foundation brush, but I tried it all the same! The bristles are a lot more tightly packed, and it takes half the time to blend your foundation than the real techniques brush I usually use! So this was an all-around winner for me!

CONS OF Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Foundation
MY VERDICT OF Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Foundation
I wore the foundation for 12+ hours, and I did not have to touch up with any powder AT ALL! So, YES it does last without setting powder and doesn’t need any touch-ups.
So when I wore the Huda Beauty foundation and realised it doesn’t oxidise I was SOLD! In addition, you don’t need to set it with powder which is a godsend!
Would I repurchase it?
